Leserbilder Astronomie: Messier 106 and a sea of galaxies

Messier 106 is a spiral galaxy visible in the constellation Canes Venatici, approximately 23.7 million light-years from Earth. In addition to M106, other galaxies are visible: NGC 4217, NGC 4226, NGC 4248, NGC 4231, NGC 4232, NGC 4220, as well as about a hundred other faint galaxies.
