This image depicts the famous M33. It is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation Triangle, about 3 million light-years from Earth. It is the third largest galaxy in the Local Group, after the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way. Finally, it should be noted that the object in question represents an example of a spiral flake, as the density wave that transports the material inside it is not powerful enough to determine the homogeneous aggregation of the same, with its consequent arrangement in lumps.
