I share with you an object that has a special meaning to me: SH2-155, also known as the cave nebula. It is an emission nebula located in the constellation of Cepheus. It appears as a heterogeneous set of bright parts and dark nebulae; the northern part is the least darkened and shows the characteristic reddish colors typical of the HII regions. The southern part is instead affected by local blackouts. It is located approximately 2400 light years from Earth.
